A wooden model on a plinth showing a female head divided into two halves: one half shows a woman's face and hair, the other shows a skull. The hair is coiled on the back of the head along with a snake which stretches forward along the side of the skull to bite a twig. The woman, representing the Biblical figure of Eve, is biting an apple. The piece conveys the mesage that sin leads to corruption and death. Front view.
