Description

The women, holding their children, are receiving bottles of concentrated orange juice and cod liver oil at a Welfare Centre in Tottenham. 'Considerable quantities of concentrated orange juice have arrived in this country under the United States of America lease-lend act. It is now being distributed through the various Welfare Centres'.
