Genetic Choices?' exhibition, 1997. General view. The exhibition raised questions about the isues surrounding genetic testing, particularly for inherited diseases such as cystic fibrosis, sickle cell anaemia and muscular dystrophy. Using panels, computer touch screens and other interactives, visitors could find out about basic genetics and how genetic conditions occur and are inherited, as well as about testing and treatment options now and in the future. The exhibition was on display in the Science Museum in London from 17 January to 13 April 1997.
