Made by A1 Security, part of Analytical Instruments Ltd and now renamed Ion Track, Cambridge, England. It is a light, portable detector designed for use by non-specialist personnel. The whole kit only weighs 4 Kilograms compared with earlier models which weighed over 17 Kilograms.
