The Space Shuttle's Manned Manoeuvring Unit (MMU), 1983.

Astronaut Bruce McCandles, dresed in his spacesuit, demonstrates the Manned Manoeuvring Unit (MMU), a backpack type apparatus that enables astronauts to have more mobility outside their spacecraft. This was first flown by McCandles on the Space Shuttle Challenger 41-B (STS-10) mision in February 1984.
