Description
The picture shows the Vehicle Asembly building at the Kennedy Space Centre. Part of the Launch Complex is also visible with a Saturn V rocket on its mobile launch platform being transported to the launch pad. The Kennedy Space Centre at Cape Canaveral has been the launch site for NASA's manned spaceflight programme since 1962.
