Description
Charles Conrad, Richard Gordon and Alan Bean are dresed in biological isolation garments during water egres training from a boiler plate Apollo Command Module (capsule) drifting in the Gulf of Mexico. The astronauts are in dinghies outside of their floating capsule. Apollo 12, the second manned lunar landing mision, was launched on 14th November 1969. It landed on the area of the Moon's surface known as the Ocean of Storms, very near an earlier unmanned probe, Surveyor 3, which was visited on the mision.
