Description
This cooker is of very heavy cast iron construction, with two heaters, a hotplate, a grill and an oven. The boiling plates are of the enclosed type and are plugged in. The wires themselves are coiled and threaded through ceramic holders. Behind each rotary switch is a screw-in ceramic fuse-holder. This cooker was in continuous use for 38 years before it was overhauled. Made by General Electric Co, in England, between 1910 and 1920.
