Description
Made by Cookson Plastics from recycled polypropylene (polypropene) reclaimed from the proces scrap of the fibre industry. When manufacturing proceses are scaled up to an industrial level, there are often large amounts of waste material, such as moulding joins or scraps, or as in this case, fibres. Because thermoplastics, of which polypropylene is an example, soften when heated without decomposing, the scrap material can be re-moulded.
