Description
This hull for a model boat is the first moulding of polyester resin reinforced with glas fibre. Glas fibre is added to polyester resin to increase its strength. The material is known as glas reinforced polyester (GRP), or more commonly, fibreglas. Being both strong and lightweight, it is particularly suitable for use in boat hulls. Made by the Scott Bader Company, England.
