Description
Early Morning Waiter', 1930. Automatic tea- making machine invented and built by instrument maker and inventor Ron Grumble of Eltham, Kent. Machine comprises a wooden plinth on which is mounted a gas burner and stand, a solenoid and gas valve in a glas box, and a counterbalanced arm and teapot stand; together with an electric bell mounted underneath the board, a bras cylindrical water vesel with spout, and an earthenware teapot. A separate combined clock and timeswitch is also shown.
