'Service to Industry: Shipbuilding', BR poster, c 1950.

Poster produced for British Railways (BR) as one of a series to promote the company's services to industry. In additon to the company's pasenger services, BR transported millions of tonnes of industrial materials each year. The poster shows a ship-building plant, with a large ship under scaffolding in the background and workmen in the foreground. Artwork by Norman Hepple.
