Poster produced for the London, Midland & Scottish Railway (LMS), showing the LMS's Heysham steam ferry sailing in Morecambe Bay, Lancashire, surrounded by small vessels, with the hills in the background. Services operated between the coastal town of Heysham, at the south end of Morecambe, and ports in Northern Ireland. Artwork by Norman Wilkinson (1878-1971). Printed by Jordison & Co Ltd, London.
