Lantern slide by Kate Smith. Kate Smith's work was much regarded from 1910-15 when she was producing nude or partially draped female studies, her "nymph studies", not dissimilar to the Photo Secession work of White, Seeley and Brigman. She also took more documentary photographs in Belgium during the war. About 130 prints, negatives and lantern slides, mostly bromides.
