The photograph shows, from left to right, G Lander, H C Doyle, G R Grigs, H Gordon-Tidey, E R Wethersett and C R L Coles. The RPS was founded by Maurice Earley in 1922. The members of the society were so loyal to Earley that when he retired, at the age of 76, they retired with him and the society broke up.
