York Station, 1991.

Platform 3 at York station, by Chris Hogg, 21 June 1991. An Inter-City train, with a powercar number 43056 is entering the station. The station has recently been refurbished. York station was rebuilt as a through station in the 1870s as the existing building, built in 1841 inside the city's walls, had been too small, and many accidents had occurred. The station was designed by G T Andrews.
