Description
Inside Birmingham New Street station, about 1870. In 1854 New Street replaced Curzon Street station as the main station in Birmingham. It served the London & North Western Railway. It was very light with its glass roof, and was described by the LNWR as ""a fine structure close to the best street in Birmingham. about 1870
