A photograph of a man removing swastika graffiti painted to the window of Mr Maurice Orbach's Committee Rooms in East Willesden, London, taken by Saidman for the Daily Herald newspaper on 24 July, 1938. Maurice Orbach was a member of the Board of Deputies of British Jews (BoD), who campaigned against anti-semitism. This photograph has been selected from the Daily Herald Archive, a collection of over three million photographs. The archive holds work of international, national and local importance by both staff and agency photographers.
