A photograph of a streamlined ice cream vendor's tricycle, taken by Tomlin for the Daily Herald newspaper on 29 January, 1936. The tricycle, descibed as 'the first of its kind', formed part of a trade stand at the Dairy and Ice Cream Exhibition, London. This photograph has been selected from the Daily Herald Archive, a collection of over three million photographs. The archive holds work of international, national and local importance by both staff and agency photographers.
