A photograph of a motor coach driving through London, taken by Tomlin for the Daily Herald newspaper on 30 June, 1932. This single-decker coach travelled the route between London and Windsor. The conductor, with his ticket machine around his neck, is just visible standing in the open doorway at the back of the bus. This photograph has been selected from the Daily Herald Archive, a collection of over three million photographs. The archive holds work of international, national and local importance by both staff and agency photographers.
