Description
Poster produced for London & North Eastern Railway (LNER) to promote rail travel to The Trossachs, Stirling, via the East Coast route. The poster shows a view of the scenery typical of the region, with its broken terrain, mountains, lochs and wooded areas. Some people can be seen fishing in the loch. Artwork by John Littlejohns, who in addition to designing posters for LNER, illustrated books for children and wrote books about art.
