Made by Fujinon of Japan. This device is used to view internal organs of the body. It is composed of fibre optic and control wires. One set of fibres conducts light from the light source to the tip of the endoscope, which then illuminates the surrounding organs. Another set of fibres conducts light back to the eyepiece, so that the operator can see the image.
