Manufactured by Stafford-Miller. Sleeping tablets are prescribed to patients who suffer from insomnia, the inability to sleep. Nytol is a brand name for dyphenhydramine, an antihistamine which has a sedative effect and is therefore useful in treating insomnia. Sleeping pills are generally only obtainable by prescription due to dangers of potential dependency and overdose.
