Description

Portable cameras turned photography into a pastime which amateurs could enjoy. Gone was the need for bulky equipment and profesional training; anyone could now record their own history as they pleased. In a bellows camera, focusing is achieved by either extending or collapsing the bellows to increase or decrease the distance between the lens and the film.
