Description

Made by Muller Sohne of Wiesbaden, Germany, the pioneers of blown glas contact lenses. F E Muller produced the first hard contact lens in 1877. The idea of contact lenses was first put forward by Leonardo da Vinci in 1508, one of the numerous inventions and ideas he conceived.
