Description

Plate from 'The Official Descriptive and Illustrated Catalogue of the Great Exhibition of the Works of Industry of all Nations', Vol 7, 'Machinery', 1851. Drawings of a turnip cutter, chaff cutter, atmospheric churn, bean mill, horse hoe, lawn mowing machine, universal mill and an oil cake breaker. All the agricultural implements were made by B Samuelson, Brittania Iron Works, Banbury, Oxfordshire.
