'Henri Grace a Dieu', or 'Great Harry', was built at Woolwich in 1513. Illustration taken from the Anthony Anthony Roll showing the Tudor warship 'Henri Grace' at sea. An ordnance inventory detailing the ship's firepower is listed beneath the image. Anthony Anthony was one of the Officers of the Ordnance during the 1540s, and his illustrations provide an important visual record of Henry VIII's navy. Although a source of useful information, the accuracy of Anthony's illustrations is questionable and should not be taken as accurate.
