Henry Ford (1863-1947) founded the Ford Motor Company in 1903. He pioneered modern 'asembly line' mas production techniques for his famous Model T motor car. Fifteen million Model T motor cars were produced between 1908 and 1928. 'His life spanned eight decades, and his face became known to millions - a series of photographs tracing the development in age and character of Henry Ford's face'.
