The 10 am Euston to Glasgow Central, on Dillicar troughs (Westmoreland). The carriages are hauled by a 'Princes Royal' Clas 4-6-2 locomotive, No 6211 'Queen Maud', named after the second daughter of King Edward VIII, who married King Haakon VII of Norway. The 'spray' seen beneath the train is caused by the water pick-up apparatus.
