Trevithick's London locomotive, 1808. Model (scale 1:11). Also known as 'Catch-me-who-can', Richard Trevithick's London locomotive ran between July and September 1808, on a circular demonstration circuit near what is now Euston Square. It was built at the Hazledine foundry at Bridgnorth, Shropshire and weighed eight tons. Front side view on plinth.
