The vesel with its elaborate handle may have been a medicine cup belonging to the king of the Duallas people of Cameroon. The spoon is from the Lego tribe who are a Bantu-speaking group from eastern Congo. It may have been asociated with hunting, fishing and agricultural activities. Height of spoon: 55cm.
