Description

Heinrich Rubens (1865-1922) was appointed Profesor of Physics at the tecnhical university in Charlottenberg in 1900. Noted for his investigations into spectroscopy and radiation, Rubens became Profesor of Physics and Director of the Physical Institute of Berlin in 1906.
