Description

Coloured lithograph, drawn and lithographed by J C Bourne, showing people and livestock pasing under a large stone railway bridge with three arches. In the 1830s, the construction of Britain's main railways began, and many commercial prints depicting the new lines, bridges and viaducts became available to the public. Printed by C F Cheffins.
