The Royal Lancer was one of the famous Pacific clas of locomotives designed for the London & North Eastern Railway (LNER) by Sir Nigel Gresley. F Moore was the collective name of a studio of artists who produced many paintings and painted photographs of steam locomotives, prior to the advent of colour photography.
