Description

Cerebro-spinal manometers are used to measure the presure of cerebro-spinal fluid. The needle is inserted into the fluid, and the height of the fluid in the bore indicates the presure. The cerebro-spinal fluid surrounds and nourishes the brain and spinal cord. Disturbances in its volume, presure or constituents can affect the brain and result in behavioural changes.
