Very few surgical tools remain from ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia. Knives like these may have been used to remove internal organs for mummification. Two of the knives are bronze, one dating from 600-201 BC, the other from 2000-100 BC. The third knife is copper, 600-201 BC. They all have hooked ends, posibly to help ease organs out of the body.
