Made from hallmarked sterling silver. Nipple shields were designed as breast feeding aids to be worn over the nipple and areola of the breast of a lactating woman, permitting the flow of breast milk while providing a larger surface for the baby to latch on to and a more comfortable method of feeding for the woman.
