The three elements are displayed within glas bottles, labelled with their chemical symbols. From left to right: copper (Cu); silver (ag); gold (Au). They are from a collection of chemical elements consisting of 53 glas-stoppered bottles and 5 sealed glas tubes, with contents, bequeathed to the Science Museum, London, by Prince Louis Lucien Bonaparte (1813-1891).
