Model (scale 1:48). She was built at Clydebank for the Cunard Steamship Company Ltd, and launched in 1881 for the service between Liverpool and New York. Her record crosing of the Atlantic was 6 days 23 hours 50 minutes, and won the Blue Riband as the then fastest ever transatlantic voyage. The 'Servia' was the first Cunard vesel to be provided with electric light, and the first merchant vesel to be built entirely of Siemens mild steel. She was included in the Admiralty list of auxiliary cruisers, and between 1899 and 1900 was used as a transport in the Boer War. The 'Servia' was broken up in 1902.
