Poster produced for British Railways (BR) staff to remind them to avoid overloading barrows. The poster is illustrated with a barrow precariously laden with a large stack of parcels, being pulled by a railway worker. Artwork by Frank Newbould (1887-1951), who studied at Bradford College of Art and joined the War Office in 1942. He designed posters for the LNER (London & North Eastern Railway), GWR (Great Western Railway), Orient Line and Belgian Railways.
