A 4-4-0 locomotive number 3717, 'City of Truro' on a turntable in a museum, about 1925. This Great Western Railway locomotive was the first locomotive to travel at over 100 miles per hour. It completed the feat in 1903, between Plymouth and Exeter. The locomotive is now in the National Railway Museum's collection, where it is currently being restored (2003)."
