Description

Etching by George Sala taken from the 'Great Exhibition 'Wot is to Be', a satirical look at the forthcoming Great Exhibition of 1851. Representing the arts and manufacture of the Irish are 'the original wild Irish girl', 'the celebrated Mr Dublin Stout with a bottle of his favourite beverage' and 'a real Irish pipe'.
