Pong was the first ever home video game system (console) game, popular across the world during the 1970s and early 1980s. Steve Heighway was a key member of the successful Liverpool FC side of the 1970s. He won a number of honours, including the First Division (now Premiership) title five times and the European Cup (now Champions League) twice.
