'Miners' leader Arthur Scargill walked from a court yesterday and vowed: 'I'll be back on the picket line.' Mr Scargill was earlier arrested for obstruction outside the Orgreave coking plant near Sheffield and granted unconditional bail. Meanwhile, police declared a 'riot situation' at Orgreave as 35 pickets were arrested and 16 people were hurt in more bloody clashes.'
