At 19, Hayley Mills finds herself a £5-a-week girl in search of a job. In the last seven years, since her award-winning debut in 'Tiger Bay', Hayley's films have earned her an estimated £100,000. It is all in a trust fund which cannot be touched until she is 24. Until then she receives £5 a week pocket money out of which she runs a second-hand car. Said Hayley, in Manchester yesterday: "I am at the stage when I must prove something to myself and my family. I aim to find a repertory company that will forget I am Hayley Mills, film star, and give me any sort of job.'
