'My lad playing for England you must be joking'. Scottish international Gordon Strachan shows off son Craig's England kit. He had a successful playing career playing for Dundee, Aberdeen, Manchester United, Leeds United and Coventry City and won 50 international caps for Scotland. In 1996 he was promoted to manager for Coventry City and made his last appearance as a player at the age of 40. He was sacked at the start of the 2001-2002 season when Coventry were relegated to Division One. Strachan returned to management in June 2005 when he succeeded Martin O'Neil as manager of Celtic in the Scottish Premier League.
