Gray and Neal "took a break from training today to take a stroll down Brookside and caused quite a stir with the cast because actors Paul Usher and Simon O'Brien are keen football fans with Paul sticking up for 'The Reds' and Simon for 'The Blues'. Scottish football Player Andy Gray (b.1955) began his career at Dundee United before moving to Aston Villa and later to Wolverhampton Wonderes FC. He was most successful while at Everton winning the FA Cup in 1984 and the League and European Cup winners Cup in 1985. Gray is now a football television pundit for BSkyB.Neal was part of the team at Liverpool's first four wins of the European Cup in 1977, 1978, 1981 and 1984. In 1986 he joined Bolton Wanderes as a player manager. Neal has won 50 caps for England as well as managed Coventry City, Cardiff City and Manchester City.
