Platinum print photograph by Frederick Hollyer (1837-1933) of Cyril Flower, Lord Battersea (1843-1907). Cyril Flower was made Lord of the Treasury in 1886 and raised to the peerage as Lord Battersea in 1892. He was said to be the handsomest man in the House of Commons.
