A 'fluffer' at work in the London Underground, by Chris Hogg, 1996. Fluffers is the name given to the cleaners in the London Underground. They brush the debris, dust and litter off the tracks, in the middle of the night. It is hard and dirty work. However, it is essential to keep the track clean to reduce the risk of an accident, and the risk of fire.
