Two new King Arthur class 4-6-0 locomotives, being towed by an 0-6-0 locomotive number 103, by Patrick Ransome-Wallis. These locomotives were manufactured in Glasgow, but will be used on the Southern Railway. The locomotives in this class were named after characters from Arthurian legends as they served Cornwall, Somerset, Hampshire and Wiltshire, which had connections with the legends. 74 locomotives were made and they served the Southern Railway for 30 years.
